Returns & Refunds

At KLIYA Smart Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Window

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

🔁 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Items without original packaging or accessories

• Software or downloadable items

🔧 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
